Yes. As long as you have comprehensive auto insurance and the storm damage is covered, you don't pay us a dime. The insurance settles the claim with us directly. Your deductible — the only out-of-pocket cost most people face — is also waived as part of the program.
Two reasons. First, our overhead is lower than out-of-state storm chasers — we don't fly people in or rent tents. Second, our quality is high enough that insurers accept clean estimates from us without back-and-forth. Both efficiencies fund the program. Nothing shady, just better economics.
Generally, no. Comprehensive claims (which is what hail damage falls under) are considered “not at fault” — you didn't cause the storm. Most major insurers don't raise rates on a single comprehensive claim. That said, every policy is different, so confirm with your agent.
No problem. Send it over with your contact form and we'll review it. In most cases we can match or improve on it while still covering your rental — because we're working from a different cost structure.
The morning you drop your vehicle, a full-size rental is waiting. You drive it the entire time we have your car. No mileage cap, no daily rate. The day you pick up your repaired vehicle, you swap the rental keys for yours. Done.
There's no catch. At final walkthrough, we go over every panel together with proper PDR lighting. If you find a dent we missed — even one — we pay you $100 cash for it on the spot. It's why our techs are obsessive about quality control before walkthrough.
